Lucas turns 13, Daddy & Addie, Addison and big brother Brayden

Addison loves her big brother. She tries to be with him from the minute he gets home until he goes to bed. Anytime dad says the word motorcycle Addison is ready to go. Scott takes her for rides around the block. She wants to go further but she is not big enough yet. She is even younger than Lucas the first time he road the motorcycle.

Our baby turned 13 yesterday. I can hardly believe it. He would be upset at me calling him my baby but I still remember when he was a baby. He was excited to get his PSP on his birthday. Family called and told him Happy Birthday and we took him out to eat. He wanted to go to Village Inn. Scott was sick but went anyway for Lucas's sake.

Scott and the kids.

Addison loves her daddy. She is a dads little girl! She is all about snuggling and kisses. I got lots of kisses and hugs when I got back from my trip this weekend.
Scott was just fooling around with the kids and the camera. I thought this picture turned out good.

Lucas's 13th birthday party with friends

Scott took Lucas, Trevor, and Tristan to Sports Zone in Wichita for Lucas's 13th birthday party with friends. They played miniature golf. When I asked Lucas who won he said they did not keep score.
They also tried rock climbing. I asked Lucas if he made it to the top but he said he is afraid of heights. Scott said he almost made it there.

I think their favorite thing was the go carts. I asked Scott why he didn't get a picture of them in the go carts and he said he was in the go carts the whole time with them. I am glad it was warm enough for them to do the go carts.

Lazor tag was also on the agenda. I guess Scott won this game. I am glad I talked Scott into doing the stuff with them. It would have been a long afternoon for him to just stand back and watch. He is just a big kid at heart anyway. I love him to pieces!

Brandi to Manhattan with friends from high school!

I showed Crystal, Sunny, Missy, and Lisa how to make the little photo books at our weekend getaway. They all turned out great. Thank you Missy for letting us stay with you this weekend.

We ate lunch at Kites down at Aggieville. Good food good fun.

Our first stop for the day was at a spa to get some pedicures. Afterwards we went to Aggieville to eat and shop. I got some KState stuff for the family. We visited a fun jewelry store and got some great deals on some cool jewelry. We watched the mens KState game on the tube. And basically hung out and caught up on the last 16 years. It was fun and I am so glad we got together. We will have to do it again really soon. We were all such good friends in high school and the girls are still such wonderful people. Thanks girls for a great weekend.

Playing around and Valentine's Day

Here is a picture of the new bike. Can't wait to get out and ride. Little different than my other one, huh Brad? It was great talking with you!
Daddy and his little Valentine! She has become quite the daddy's girl.

Brayden and Addison showing off their Valentines they got from Aunt Holli! They were excited to open the box and see that she sent cookies. Their responses were ooh and alright!

It is easy to find holiday clothes for girls but not so easy for boys and even harder to get the boys to dress up in anything special.

Here is the balloon Addison got from Grammy and Grampy Markely. They sent money for the boys and we decided we would go see a movie with their money but when we went to see Mall Cop tonight it was sold out so we will have to try tomorrow.

Here is daddies new toy. He is very happy with his new purchase!

Addison loves to rock her baby but always goes for the booster and not the actual rocking chair.

Here is Addison displaying her heart outfit she got for her birthday. It is very warm and fuzzy.

Addison and her friend Gracie are playing dress up. It cracks me up that Gracie has a flower in her mouth. She likes to watch princess movies can you tell.

Brayden is very excited to get his Chick Hicks Hauler. He used some of his birthday money and some money he got for Christmas to buy it.

Mommy had to take a picture of Addison in her overalls. Once we start potty training there will be no more overalls.
